"It was the first time visiting a Biggby Coffee. I had a delicious 20oz sugar-free blackberry latte. It was so tasty, I went back an hour later for another in 24oz. Lol There was no artificial taste and no after taste like with some other sugar-free options elsewhere. The service was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful! I already downloaded the app, signed up for rewards, and I'm on my way to a free drink. My husband enjoyed his sugar-free caramel latte."

"My favorite coffee! Everything I've gotten from here is so good! I love the rich coffee flavor. I always get a frozen coffee and I love that you get the coffee flavor as well as the sweetness from whatever flavor you get. Other places you don't really taste the coffee. I also love how their drinks aren't overly sweet too. It is the perfect balance. Their food items are really good too! My absolute favorite is the pumpkin muffin. So moist and they put a cream cheese frosting in the middle. I think that is such an amazing touch! I really hope someday they open up in Orrville! But I always try to stop every time I go to Aldi! If you haven't tried them yet I highly recommend!!"

"I am not a coffee drinker and was unsure what to order from the menu when I first tried Biggby. Kaylee suggested the Choc Chip Creme Freeze one day and now I crave it! I also have enjoyed the different Bragel sandwiches I've tried and all the staff is pleasant when I visit!"
